About The Role

We are looking for a proven, visionary, inspiring Corporate Reputation Risk expert to lead our strategy and product innovation for our Reputation Risk Intelligence business strategy including stakeholder marketing, business model, product innovation and customer acquisition and retention. That is especially true today, as corporate leaders operate in a tumultuous global business environment, face an increasingly demanding set of well-informed stakeholders, and grapple with the latest stage of the digital revolution.

Managing one’s reputation in this new environment requires companies to respond adeptly to a litany of potentially dangerous issues and disruptions while staying focused on their long-term growth and market goals. While there are numerous risks to consider in this environment, there are also substantial rewards if Reputation is managed, monitored and connected to strategic decision-making.

Along with our experience in applying Reputation Risk content and insights to service Supply Chain, Internal Audit, Conduct Risk and Asset Management groups, we are the platform of choice for Corporate Affairs and Communications to provide a single, comprehensive business solution harnessing real-time unstructured data to release Reputation Risk intelligence executives from ‘hindsight’ risk and opportunity analysis to enable ‘foresight’ analysis.

 

Key Requirements

We are a cutting edge big data, risk intelligence firm looking to fill this exciting new role. Our SVP / VP Reputation Risk will be a passionate Reputation Risk Management professional. As well as a proven track-record in Reputation Management, Communications and Brand you should also be passionate about data, product, and technology and how this can positively impact the evolution of the Reputation Risk Industry. We are looking for someone to share both the firm, and our customers’, vision and ensure that we continue to provide excellent solutions and efficiencies showcasing the value of Reputation to business success. This person will:

  • Own the P&L for the Reputation Risk Group

  • Own and drive the sales and customer success targets and strategies for growing existing Reputation Risk customers

  • Intimately understand the opportunities, challenges, day-to-day experience and needs of senior reputation leaders, corporate communications, corporate affairs, Citizenship/Sustainability leaders and Brand Strategy professionals

  • Work closely with Reputation Risk customers and the firm's Customer Success Team to ensure excellent customer experience

  • Work closely with Product and Technology teams to influence and inform the Reputation Risk product roadmap based on industry expertise, customer and prospect feedback, market research

  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure compelling content, case studies and ROI models to inspire more customers to benefit from our solutions

  • Create a community of Reputation influencers and practitioners to share learnings, value, and innovations

 

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of Reputation Risk Management and Account Direction/Strategy Experience

  • Excellent creative writing, presentation and verbal communications skills

  • Recognised competence in providing strategic advice at global corporate board level

  • Excellent data analysis, financial and budgeting skills

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in a face paced, growth environment

  • Experience within a technology firm a big plus

  • Ability to demonstrable experience at senior management level working in an international environment

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and to work simultaneously on several projects

  • Strong presentation, training (helping others to understand insights easily) and reporting skills

  • Excellent analytical and numerate skills. Strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to think ahead and be agile in a constantly changing industry and company

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
