The company is a leading provider of wealth and investment management services to private clients, professional advisers, charities, corporates and institutions. Combined, they manage almost £9 billion of client assets from 13 offices across the UK, employing c.500 professionals.


About The Role

Based in Bristol; we are currently looking for a Team Leader to manage the Client Administration Team on a Fixed Term basis until the end of the year.

Our Client Administration team deal with amendments to client’s policies/accounts such as: changes of name, sums assured, date of birth, term, frequency, servicing agent and premium amendments.

We also supply customers with information about policies/accounts – such as projections, valuations, transaction histories; and we also process unit cancellations including switches, withdrawals, income sweep, surrenders and transfers out for all life products, including ISAs and GIAs.  

Due to a recent internal move; we are currently looking for an experienced team leader to manage this team.

In addition to a traditional line management role; this position will give you the opportunity to review current processes and recommend and implement the required improvements.

This would be a great role for candidates who have experience of working in Financial Services (e.g.  Wealth Management / Insurance/ Protection) who want to work in a great team environment in the center of Bristol.


Skills & Experience

Successful candidates are likely to demonstrate the following:

  • Team Leading experience

  • Life/Pensions/Investments product knowledge

  • An understanding of (or ability to quickly understand) CASS regulations

  • Excellent customer services skills

  • High degree of organisation

  • The ability to learn and review new processes quickly

  • Good communication skills both verbal and written.

  • Proficient in Word, Excel
