Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Recruitment Manager in the recruitment of suitable candidates, with around 15-25 live roles worked at a time within front office functions, at all levels.

  • Partner with teams across the business to fully understand talent requirements, assisting line managers to construct job descriptions, candidate specs and advertisements

  • Owning the recruitment process for a variety of both technical and non technical roles.

  • Sourcing candidates through direct recruitment methods and liaising with supplier partners.

  • Manage the recruitment process from liaising with hiring managers to identify a need through to attracting candidates to the vacancies. Promote the employer brand messages in the market and drive exposure to the brand.

  • Coaching line managers on best practice, assessment and selection capability.

  • Promotion of Diversity and Inclusion principles when sourcing candidates.

  • Administration to support the recruitment process, inclusive of advert posting, updating trackers, offer management and arranging interviews.

  • Assessing and selection of the best talent, conducting telephone and face to face interviews as required.


Skills & Experience

  • Successful candidates will have around 5-7 years of recruitment experience within the Investment

  • Management or Asset Management industry, either gained through in-house or agency environments. Knowledge of best practice sourcing techniques and selection.

  • Experience of utilising online job boards.

  • From a background as a Recruitment Consultant, Talent Acquisition Manager, Resourcing Specialist or Internal Recruiter.
