Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Relationship Manager on behalf of our client, an innovative online wealth management solutions provider, based in London.


As Senior Relationship Manager / Senior Advisory Manager, you will be the primary contact for all service related needs of high-net-worth (HNW) clients.  You will work with various teams across the business, including Asset Allocation, Marketing, Product, Operations and Compliance to deliver a seamless and integrated experience to our HNW clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Grow and maintain high quality client relationships to HNW client

  • Maintain client confidentiality at all times

  • Research, follow-up and resolve client inquiries and problems through effective interaction with Asset Allocation, Product, Operations and Compliance teams in a timely and professional manner

  • Manage daily client transactions and inquiries accurately, within established deadlines, and in accordance with existing policies and procedures

  • Identify cross-sell opportunities, and escalate to asset allocation and product partners in order to close or provide advice to the client

  • Research fraud, errors, and losses to ensure prompt and accurate resolution

  • Verify and maintain data quality as it relates to internal and external client hierarchy and account alignment

  • Coordinate and follow through on client requests for products and services

  • Ensure that all regulatory and statutory policies are fully complied with


Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record of 5-6 years on client acquisition and the management of wealth for clients

  • Excellent client relationship management skills

  • Strong sales and new business development skills within investment banking

  • Advanced knowledge of Wealth Management products and services

  • Solid network in the private banking industry to support the company’s growth strategy

  • Ability to acquire new clients through referrals, own network and the active prospecting of high net worth clients

  • Strong financial product and technical competence in the understanding, development and delivery of holistic wealth planning solutions to clients

  • Comprehensive understanding of client goals and risk tolerance

  • Strong presentation and communication skills; able to listen, guide and influence internal and external stakeholders

  • Must understand and comply with the regulations, policies and procedures applicable to our products and services
