Job Description

As Digital Analytics & Insights, Senior Marketing Manager you are responsible for the delivery of data-driven, actionable insights to company marketing and sales. Working closely with the offshore analytics team and external vendors, this role is pivotal in defining and shaping the innovative use of data across the company.


Key Responsibilities

Delivering intelligent insights

  • Work directly with the teams to understand their needs and priorities and ensure our work delivers.

  • Draw on data and information from a variety of sources, both internal to and from other sources i.e. social, emails, online etc. to create a comprehensive picture of the customer.

  • Work with team to build meaningful reports and presentations that clearly communicate insights and actions.

  • Work closely with marketing and sales and other colleagues to develop insights roadmaps.


Uncovering insights with advanced analytics

  • Work with team to develop analysis plans for projects that ensure insights are robust and evidence-based.

  • Ensure that standardised reporting approaches enable clients to self-serve their insight needs.

  • Lead and inspire a team with a broad range of skills cross the data and insight spectrum.

  • Manage the workload of the Analytics offshore resources allocated to the company.

  • Work with external vendors.

  • Work closely with the rest of the marketing and sales team.

  • Project manage the delivery of insights and solutions ensuring the highest possible levels of client satisfaction.

  • Help to promote a data-driven culture within marketing and sales.

  • Lead the new websites tagging, performance analysis and optimisation and make recommendations on goals setting.

  • Marketing campaign performance analysis and optimisation.

  • Manage websites monthly reporting schedule.

  • Create segmented lists based on user behaviour and engagement for targeted communications.

  • Identify opportunities for UX improvements and product innovations through data-driven insights.

  • Manage Analytics agencies and internal analytics resources based offshore.


Skills & Experience

  • Experience working with insight & analytics in a large organisation.

  • Proficiency in SQL and using databases to access information.

  • Expert in the interpretation of complex results and turning data into insights.

  • Experience in marketing analysis, including campaign evaluation and brand studies.

  • Knowledge of some of the commons CMS and Data Systems.
