Seeking: Senior HR Generalist on behalf of a Chicago based professional services consultancy.
As the Senior HR Generalist, you will manage the entire Human Resources function and internal administrative functions, including recruiting, on-boarding, payroll administration, benefits, corporate insurance, off-boarding, and employee relations. This is an exciting opportunity to shape an entire department and contribute to a growing business. The Senior HR Generalist is also responsible for general office administration and additional responsibilities as needed.
Skills & Experience
An undergraduate degree from an accredited university in a related field and 3+ years of relevant experience, including but not limited to experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, benefit administration, payroll processing. Equivalent work experience may be substituted for an undergraduate degree.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Attention to detail
PHR or SHRM-CP or interest in pursuing accreditation desirable.
Prior experience in a professional services or consulting firm.
