Job Description

Our client, a globally known professional services firm, is seeking to appoint a Senior Executive to join their Markets & Intelligence Team.

 

About The Role

The main purpose of this role will be to:

  • Support with oversight of service delivery and stakeholder relationship management for theHub - a self-service global proposal and pursuit resource centre for member firms

  • Support the markets insights and intelligence manage to design and implement theHUB resource centre improvements including migrating to a new global communications infrastructure

  • Maintain core Hub pursuit support content offerings

  • Create sales enablement tools for identified market propositions

 

Key Responsibilities

Support with oversight of service delivery and stakeholder relationship management for theHUB- a self-service global proposal and pursuit resource centre for member firms outsourced to the global research centre in India firm:

  • Support operations of theHUB – including execution of a process to collect information from 100+ member firms around the world, review and uploading this information into theHUB database and regular maintenance and updating of deliverables in the database.

  • Respond to service desk incoming requests from member firms around the world and act as the first escalation point.

  • Document processes and create training documents for other members of the team and for firms in the network

  • Build effective relationships with member firm resources: cultivate relationships with contacts at member firms globally to ensure theHUB receives the most up to date content on a regular basis.

  • Collaboration: facilitate a high level of collaboration between multiple stakeholders within the company organisation to resolve issues and locate answers to requests.

Support the markets insights and intelligence manage to design and implement theHub resource centre improvements including migrating to new global communications infrastructure.

Maintain core Hub pursuit support content offerings including:

  • Managing the annual hub data update

  • Managing the annual update of core content pursuit elements including regional placemats and capability outlines

  • Creating a mechanism with wider firm and member firms’ teams to keep other content assets that support member firm pursuits and proposals such as case studies, awards etc up to date and accessible via theHUB and linked knowledge platforms by working

Create sales enablement tools for identified market propositions with Markets and Service line and industry teams: This includes:

  • Extracting relevant credentials and capability proof points from theHub resource centre and other sources in line with the proposition win messaging.

  • Working with marketing managers to create fit for purpose sales enablement tools, including presentations and meeting aids, to enable market facing partners to have proposition conversations with target buyers.
