Job Description

Our client is looking for an experienced sales person to fill a high potential new business sales role for this young and exciting business.  

The company is a boutique travel risk management company specialising in providing travel safety training and education. Our training courses and videos support organisations in their travel risk management programmes and help fulfil their duty of care obligations to their employees.

The incumbent will be looking to build on our existing multi-national contracts with some of the world’s largest corporations and will be driven by the opportunity to be part of a fast-growing business and motivated by the huge potential.

You will be working within the Travel Risk Management, Training & Education (Security/Travel/ Human Resources/Health & Safety Executive/Risk/Loss Prevention)

The role is located in the United Kingdom, currently the firm doesn’t have office premises, however, will provide flexible desk/office space if required

 

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute a strategic sales plan to exploit the early success of company products into some of the world’s largest corporations.

  • Design and execute a strategic sales plan

  • Maintaining the customer relationship management database

  • Attend and support industry events/exhibitions

 

Skills and Experience

  • Direct business-to-business sales experience into multinational corporations

  • Demonstrable track record of over-achievement in sales

  • Selling Travel Risk Management solutions

  • Selling into Security/Travel/ Human Resources/Health & Safety Executive/Risk/Loss Prevention departments of MNCs

  • Well-travelled

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to express ideas concisely and clearly, orally and in writing.

  • Excellent written and spoken English

  • IT literature: proficient with Word and Excel

  • Social media savvy

  • Self-motivated and possess aggressive sales personality 

  • Able to work under pressure and deliver results

  • Able to work independently 

 

Travel

Incumbent must hold a passport and be prepared for some international travel; to visit clients and attend travel & security conferences globally (primarily USA/ Europe)
