It is one of the first crypto-wealth management platform based on the blockchain, developed by a team of financial experts. By utilizing the community-centric approach, the firm aims to revolutionise investment in crypto assets. Having offices, both in Japan and in Canada, soon, the company will be expanding its operation to other countries and continents.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for strategically developing, executing, and measuring PR strategy.

  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure the desired company image is portrayed in the media and wider public domain.

  • Pro-actively organize interviews, press releases and campaigns (across media and digital channels) to promote the brand, proposition and products.

  • Monitor and evaluate the firm’s coverage in the press and across social channels, ensuring the right messages are getting through, and that negative PR is effectively handled.

  • Oversee Marketing PR budget and consumer PR agencies to ensure work is carried out in alignment with the Retail and Marketing strategy building brand awareness and to drive commercial success.

  • Oversee the press office and manage and foster media relationships with key targets, ensuring that an ‘always on’ hard-working product and news hub delivers against KPIs.

  • Work closely with the Social Media team to extend campaigns across social channels so that all consumer touch points are considered.

  • Line management of Press Officer, providing strong and inspired leadership, setting clear performance expectations, accountabilities and feedback.

 

Skills & Experience

  • At least five years proven experience in consumer PR (in-house or agency)

  • Proven experience of improving ROI and effectiveness of PR through solid metrics

  • Proven experience of issues and crisis comms

  • Capable of building and developing strong internal relationships through collaboration

  • Retail or online background beneficial

  • Manage consumer PR agencies including regular evaluation and leading agency search processes and pitches as required.
