We are searching for a Marketing Coordinator to join a leading global private equity investment firm.
About The Role
The principle function of the Marketing Coordinator is to promote the company to existing and potential clients through the preparation of presentations and responses to requests for proposals (RFPs). Responsibilities also include related projects such as consultant updates, due diligence questionnaires, and custom requests. The Marketing Coordinator ensures that materials are accurate, prepared on time, communicate key messages, and promote the company strengths. He/she will also be responsible for assisting with customized presentations for industry conferences and company-sponsored events.
This role is London-based and a member of the company’s global marketing team which is based primarily in Boston. The global marketing team manages marketing and communications activities for the comapny’s private markets products and solutions. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with local marketing team members, Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA) investor relations team, and Boston-based marketing team members.
Skills & Experience
Experience in marketing, communications, or sales support roles. Specific experience in creation and production of sales presentations and RFPs. Asset management, financial services, or private equity experience required.
Additional skills should include Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), writing, editing, and proofreading.
