Job Description

A top investment services firm is looking to appoint a Marketing Campaign Manager to join their London based office.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • In conjunction with the ETF Marketing Team, and the creative and media agencies, deliver a successful ETF advertising campaign across the UK, Italy, Germany, France and Switzerland. Media to include financial press, online, OOH, DM, landing pages, video.

  • Ensure the creative execution answers the brief and the strategic direction of the company brand and ETF business.

  • Manage the creative and media agencies throughout the campaign process, ensuring that deadlines are met, budgets are adhered to and the executions are of the highest quality. Run the weekly status meetings, and set up and chair all milestone group meetings.

  • Create an internal communications plan for sharing the campaign in coordination with the Head of ETF Marketing. Coordinate and manage all internal approvals and input from all stakeholder groups named in the campaign plan.

  • Manage and document all compliance approvals from all countries and ensure that the relevant regulators (France and Italy) receive copies of all adverts in time, if required.

  • Manage the costs and keep up to date budgets, including weekly budget status meetings with the creative and media agencies and regular reporting to Head of ETF Marketing.

  • Create a set of measures and track campaign results, creating a campaign results deck to form an internal presentation.

 

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent understanding of brands and experience in building them.

  • Good experience managing advertising campaigns within the European financial press.

  • Knowledge of asset management and particularly ETFs

  • Experience managing agencies

  • Experience managing budgets

  • Very strong communicator

  • Accuracy and attention to detail essential

  • Excellent project management experience

 

Qualifications

  • Marketing qualifications and / or industry accreditation may be preferred

  • European languages (German, French, Italian) preferred
