The Human Resources Manager position is a staff position.

  • Employee Relations

  • Compliance

  • Performance Management

This role will require a strong strategic, collaborative and analytical HR leader who is capable of bringing creative, innovative thinking to the table, offering new ideas and solutions to ever-evolving business challenges. The successful candidates will have the ability to influence across the organization, identify high-payoff, well-planned change opportunities that support the business and drives change and transformation that align with the business strategy. Additionally, they will have a reputation among peers, leaders, and subordinates as a leader of people, a highly effective coach and one who makes a difference. This will require that the individual learn the business and operate in a very hands-on manner in supporting business mandates.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Employee Relations

  • HRIS, Excel, and reporting capabilities

  • Benefits Administration, International preferred

  • Compliance

  • HR Policies/Employee Handbook

  • Employment Law



  • Bachelor’s Degree required, in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.

  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related field preferred.

  • Some travel may be required domestically and/or international.

  • Bilingual Spanish-speaking


Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will:

  • Have 10-15 years of progressive human resources experience with organizations known for growth, operational excellence, and best practices in their industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading HR initiatives.

  • Have previous tenure at a consulting or other professional services firm is preferred.

  • Be a strong, effective communicator in both oral and written communications, as well as have highly developed interpersonal communication skills.

  • Be able to handle sensitive information and preserve its confidentiality

  • Demonstrate an attention to detail, follow through on assignments to completion, and multi-task in an environment with rapidly changing priorities.

  • Demonstrate strong time management, project management, and organizational skills.

  • Have strong knowledge of employment law at both the state and federal level.

  • Be able to see the big picture and provide useful and strategic advice across the Firm.

  • Be able to lead in an environment of constant change.

  • Have experience in organizational development and change management.

  • Have experience in multiple locations and preferably international countries.
