Job Description

Seeking: HR Generalist to join a growing provider of cryptocurrency solutions, for a 9 month contract based in either London or Dublin.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Building rapport with hiring managers across the business.

  • Work with relevant stakeholders (GM, managers, people team) to drive programs that improve the overall working environment – including retention, talent development & feedback, employee engagement and internal communications.

  • Acting as a coach to best advise department managers on the development opportunities and needs for their teams.

  • Adapting and amending company policies in line with UK and Ireland legislation.

  • Support the PeopleOps team with global projects.

  • Managing any employee relations issues with internal resources.

  • Approaching employee matters in a manner which prioritises compliance and risk reduction.

  • Analyze trends & use engagement survey data to develop actions and influence change.

 

Skills & Experience

  • You should have 3+ years experience within a HR Generalist role.

  • Experienced in working within a dynamic and ever-changing environment.

  • Full understanding of the HR life cycle.

  • Proficient with the Google Suite -- Mail, Sheets, and Docs.

  • Detail oriented.

  • Creative, innovative, passionate.

  • Excellent communication skills.
