We are on the hunt for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a top professional Services firm.
About The Role
As an HR Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in working with the local leadership team and the HR Senior Business Partner to achieve vision and aim.
you'll work with key stakeholders in the London Audit & Tax business unit, ensuring that the people agenda is forefront of mind
you'll help to implement the local and national people strategy, focusing on talent management, workforce planning, succession planning, engagement, performance and reward processes
you'll lead and support people through change programmes that enable the business unit to be future fit e.g. Cultural Development and Diversity & Inclusion
you'll champion and implement national projects as required e.g. People Manager project and Agile Working
you'll partner with the Centres of Expertise teams in People Experience to shape and influence overall priorities and specific interventions
you'll deal with ad hoc people and team requirements and provide best fit, pragmatic solutions
Skills & Experience
you'll ideally be CIPD qualified
you'll have demonstrable experience as a HR business partner in a professional services organisation
you'll have experience of delivering change projects
you'll have the ability to build relationships and influence leaders to bring about change
You should be commercially focused with the ability to deliver innovative solutions. You should be focused on self-development as well as having the desire to coach, mentor and develop your colleagues.
