Our client, a leading Intelligence, Risk, Investigations & Advisory firm is looking to appoint a Head of Talent Acquisition and Employer Brand.

 

About The Company

The company is a rapidly growing UK and US-based business, delivering SaaS reputation risk intelligence solutions to AAA-rated global companies and institutions in the energy, health and finance sectors.  

The firm’s innovative software solutions are provided under enterprise wide licences to customers such as Shell, Johnson & Johnson, KPMG, the UK National Health Service (NHS) and Central Bank of Ireland. In parallel, innovative entry level products engage blue-chip companies and regulators as a precursor to additional upsell and investment.

 

About The Role

The Head of Talent Acquisition and Employer Brand is a new role within the company and they are looking for a person who has worked at a fast growth B2B start-up or scale-up and have a track record of delivering against unreasonably ambitious hiring roadmaps. You have either been a Head of Talent or have burning ambitions to become one and do things the way you want, rather than having your hands tied. This is your chance to build your ideal talent function and powerful employee brand and have a massive impact on company culture as.

You will partner closely with the Director of HR to implement the most robust processes and procedures to underpin your creative and ambitious strategy for recruitment and benefits.

You will also partner closely with VP of Marketing to design and communicate a compelling Employer Brand that excites and attracts new employees and reflects the culture and identity of the company.

 

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

  • Owning the hiring function, working closely with the Executive Team on attracting, hiring and retaining people and expert management of in-house recruiters/external recruitment agencies

  • Running creative ways to interact with future employees

  • Designing and implementing hiring processes for different teams

  • Candidate outreach, building talent pools and interviewing strategy and practice

  • Building the plans for international growth and researching the viability of new markets in terms of talent

  • Developing the 'core' onboarding material for use by teams - maximising the use of digital and online content to ensure a seamless and expert transition from new hire experience to valued partner

 

Employer Brand

  • Building an incredible employer brand with Exec, HR and  Marketing teams, you can flex the creative muscles and push to build the company’s reputation globally

  • Ensuring learnings and insights from Organisational Development activities are front-and-centre in Employer Brand communications (to new and existing employees)

  • Partnering with Marketing to develop and design an Internal Communications strategy


 

Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years experience in talent role in a startup/scale-up

  • Good exposure to B2B businesses (ideally SaaS)

  • Proven track record of delivering against highly ambitious hiring plans

  • Experience in building and promoting an employer brand to external and internal audiences

  • Exceptional communications and interpersonal skills

  • Experience of best practice Internal Communications channels, content, rhythm of the business

  • The ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment and share learning with the team
