Job Description

We are looking to hear from experienced marketing professionals for a recently available role as Head of Performance Marketing, with a London-based investment management firm. 

 

The Role

The comapny is now looking for a performance marketing expert to lead their approach across Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. You will be an essential part of their growth plans for the region and will lead marketing strategy and drive results for each country. If you have experience in performance marketing, team management and love numbers, we want to hear from you.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead our London based team of 4, who plan and manage our  marketing activity across Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland (Nordics).

  • Oversee all marketing activities to generate high quality leads. Working with local vendors, publishers, translators and agencies as well as our internal Google and Facebook and LinkedIn teams to optimize the media mix to ensure that the strongest offers and best creatives are used, while delivering on budget and meeting challenging goals.

  • Primarily use online channels but also extend into offline channels, such as inserts, direct mail, events, radio, and DRTV where appropriate.

  • Identify, recommend and implement new ideas for targeting, offers and creatives.

  • Manage multimillion dollar budgets while securing a consistent high ROI.

  • Collaborate and work alongside other high performers in the International Marketing Team which currently also operates in The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Canada, and the UK. 

  • Build productive relationships country sales teams to drive performance

 

Skills & Experience

  • Experience of performance / direct marketing to acquire customers through digital channels such as Google, Facebook and LinkedIn.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience of managing campaign data, setting ROI goals and using data to identify opportunities.

  • Experience managing, mentoring and coaching a team of top performers.

  • Experience controlling large budgets across channels.

  • Experience of marketing or language skills for Denmark, Sweden, Norway or Finland would be beneficial but is not a prerequisite.
