Job Description

Our client, a top investment management firm, is currently looking to appoint Nordic Group Marketing Associate.

Ideal candidates will enjoy challenges, are results focused, analytical, and thrive in a dynamic fast paced environment. Candidates will also have experience marketing to Denmark, Sweden and/or Norway.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute marketing campaigns through all major channels: mostly digital marketing but could also include direct mail, print, radio and DRTV as the market requires.

  • Work with existing and developing new relationships with external vendors and agencies.

  • Analyse and reviewing previous campaign results and supporting future marketing campaigns.

  • Manage all Social Media profiles for Sweden, Norway and Denmark, including ad creation and content posting.

  • Freedom to identify, recommend and implement ideas and improvements in a growing business in a fast paced environment.

  • Collaborate with and supporting an experienced marketing management team and Google team based in the US.

  • Work with Marketing Managers to drive projects to completion, provide support as needed within marketing including requests from senior leadership, and help with ad hoc projects as needed (budget and invoices, project management).

  • Administration and completion of campaign creation process which includes archiving and documentation of new advertising.

 

Skills & Qualifications

  • You must be fluent in both written and spoken Swedish, Danish or Norwegian since it will enable you to communicate effectively and review marketing materials.

  • Digital marketing experience is a plus, preferably in direct marketing, lead generation, acquisition or performance marketing.

  • We believe you will excel in this role if you are self-motivated, driven, results focused, analytical, resourceful and a problem solver.

  • You need to be a quick learner, thrive in a dynamic environment, and have a detail-oriented mind set with strong organizational and time-management skills.
