Job Description

As the Global Head of Digital Shared Services, you will be responsible for leading the continuous evolution and optimization of the Adobe digital experience management (DEM) platform for internal and external stakeholders. With the firm's core goals and objectives in mind, you'll work with a top-notch team to develop and execute the strategic direction for the DEM platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee Digital Experience Platform Operations, including publishing, reporting, analytics, site builds, and optimization

  • Anticipate trends, opportunities, and issues, and provide appropriate digital solutions for internal stakeholders

  • Create a shared services governance group accountable for providing input and prioritization support to the DEM platform

  • Evaluate new tools, technologies, and processes for digital product offerings with business and technology partners

  • Develop service level agreements to ensure appropriate operational aspects of platform (e.g., accessibility, performance, etc.)

  • Establish and meet success metrics and KPIs of experience management tools

  • Train and support internal business partners in using the digital channels to meet their goals and objectives

  • Leverage and collaborate with the marketing, distribution, and service teams to ensure optimal digital experiences

  • Manage 3rd party agencies and vendors

  • Build a team responsible for ensuring continuous optimization of platform and communication to businesses (e.g., operations analysts, relationship managers)


Skills & Experience

  • Significant experience in a senior level digital strategy and operations role

  • Deep understanding of digital as well as the marketplace and current trends in media/digital media

  • A proven track record of developing actionable and profitable strategies (business, ad sales, etc.) that also drive business growth and brand equity

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and quantitative skills

  • Ability to innovate and develop creative solutions to complex problems

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining successful, influential working relationships at all levels of an organization

  • A leadership approach that fosters collaboration and teamwork

  • Ability to motivate teams/people that aren't direct reports to achieve business goals

  • Ability to manage, inspire and develop a diverse staff

  • Strong oral, written and presentation skills

  • Ability to motivate and collaborate in a highly matrixed environment
