About The Role
You'll join at the start of the journey to formalise strategies in this ever more important area. You’ll be responsible for working with senior leaders to develop and deliver the UK firm’s diversity and inclusion approach, ensuring alignment with the global diversity, inclusion and people strategies. You’ll continue to lead the fantastic work on they have already started around social mobility ensuring they maintain a position as number one employer for social mobility.
You’ll also lead the development of a joined up approach to diversity and inclusion across the firm, aligned to shared enterprise and purpose of shaping a vibrant economy. The firm is currently embarking on an exciting journey towards shared enterprise. Shared ideas, shared responsibility and shared the reward. This role will be responsible for working with senior leaders in developing and delivering the UK firm’s approach to diversity and inclusion, ensuring alignment with the global strategy, ensuring principles align with the firm's vision and purpose.
Skills & Experience
Track record of operating at a senior level with experience of creating and delivering complex strategies from scratch
Experience of implementing a diversity and inclusion strategy ideally within a professional services organisation
Experience of developing and overseeing diversity and inclusion associated programmes
Forward thinking and driven to find innovative new ways of doing things with a focus on results
A highly credible individual who has great influence and excellent relationship building skills
Holds a great network externally with the desire to bring outside-in thinking to the table to stretch thinking.
Understanding of employer brand, EVP strategies and recruitment marketing and how these could be improved to widen participation
An awareness of selection and development methodologies and how these could be improved to wider participation
