Key Responsibilities

  • Developing product-level messaging and positioning for prospects and existing customers e.g Persona development

  • Working with the product management and engineering teams to identify specifications as well as to define new enhancements, optimisations and features

  • Delivering these features to market and tracking the impact on our core customer experience metrics and communicating value to customers within the product and external to product

  • Creating compelling marketing assets that clearly articulate the value of our products

  • Create global release and go-to-market plans and lead the cross-functional execution of these plans for company products

  • Building sales tools and sales training on products, supporting the global sales teams especially related to competitor positioning at a feature level

  • Work with Field Marketing and Sales teams to find customer stories and convert them into powerful content

  • Driving thought leadership and content strategies internal to the product (help pages, training assets, etc), and externally by supporting the go-to-market plan

  • Deliver market/customer feedback and requirements into Product Management to help shape the product roadmap with emphasis in product pricing, upsell and license structures

  • Serve as a product expert and spokesperson, supporting sales meetings, analyst relations, and events


Skills, Qualifications & Experience

  • Marketing or Business related qualification and/or experience of working in a Product Management or Marketing role.

  • You will be confident and credible when working with the entire range of people right across the business, at all levels of seniority.

  • Commercially astute and customer focused, you’ll be passionate about what it takes to make a product successful in market.

  • Concise and articulate in communicating analysis and evidence, both written and verbally. Able to on-board and excite others with ideas and approaches.

  • Serve as advocate and spokesperson via webinars and events to communicate corporate and solution value. Must be client-facing and able to effectively present webinars and other presentations as needed
