Job Description

Lawson Chase is working closely with a London based asset management company, who are currently looking to add to their already busy team but hiring a Client Services Associate.

 

Key Responsibilities

The client services associate plays a key part in maintaining systems such as Salesforce/KNEIP and In- house rebate system as well as performing diary tasks such as:

  • Monitoring Client Services Inbox

  • Answering and logging on Sales force calls received

  • Maintaining data Vendor static data files

  • Providing adviser training sessions to promote our in-house reporting tool – Sales force

  • Collaborating with other business areas to ensure client services is up to date with regulations/product changes and key company initiatives

  • Supporting the wider client services team

Qualifications

  • IMC would be desirable

  • Intermediate Excel Skills

  • Knowledge of IFA market i.e Networks and Nationals

  • Knowledge of data vendors

  • Knowledge of Salesforce

  • Ability to work alone as well as in a team
