Our client, a reputation and digital intelligence firm is now looking to appoint a Client Director to join their Central London-based team.
The company is a fast-growing online reputation intelligence firm based in Mayfair. Following a decision to expand the client services team further, they are now recruiting for a full-time Client Director who will focus almost solely on new business proposals – while managing a small number of client accounts.
As Client Director, you will be supported by existing members of the client services team, in addition to a new Client Manager and Client Executive.
The company is one of the very few London-based business specialists in the growing field of Online Reputation Management and, as such, is in exclusive receipt of referrals through the major professional services firms. London’s leading financial PR, corporate intelligence and law firms refer business exclusively as a result of the company’s proprietary, unique technology and specialist skills in this area.
They are looking for an outstanding candidate who has excellent written skills and the ability to produce exceptional new business proposals and client documents. The role will support the Managing Director of the Client Services team – ensuring the high-level new business turnover is maintained, in conjunction with the management of a few select client accounts.
Writing new business proposals for the Managing Director of the Client Services Team to review and send to prospective clients.
Drafting client documents, including reports and one-off pieces of research for clients.
Managing a small number of client accounts, including day-to-day tasks and client com- munication – which will be supported by other members of the Client Services Team.
Utilising the resource provided by junior members, particularly the Client Managers and
Executives, at times assisting with their development.
Skills & Experience
Outstanding writing skills and a high competency in the English language and use of busi- ness terminology.
An ability to devise strategies that are perfectly tailored to each prospective client; under- standing their needs and outlining suitable solutions.
Excellent time management and the capability to work on multiple projects while ensuring deadlines are met.
The ability to work closely within a small team.
A confident, polite and presentable candidate with an agency background.
Minimum 7 years’ agency experience.
