Head of Investment Performance (Europe)
Asset Management giant Invesco reached out to us to help them hire an experienced Investment Performance & Attribution leader who could manage their European team.
The challenge
Invesco is a leading investment management firm with over $900billion AUM. During a period of headcount growth in Europe, Lawson Chase were tasked with supporting their Head of Performance for Europe & APAC to hire a second in command (a Head of Performance for Europe). This role would be to manage a team of several Investment Performance & Attribution specialists split between a London and Henley upon Thames office.
The solution
Lawson Chase delivered a shortlist of several team leaders within the Investment Performance markets, all of whom had a multi-asset background (identified as fundamental to the search by Invesco’s recruitment team). The preferred candidate had recently held the role of Risk & Performance Manager for BNP Paribas Securities Services and had around 8 years of Performance and Reporting experience.
