A global Intelligence, Investigations & Risk consultancy exclusively hired us to make two hires into their Leadership team.
Risk Advisory Group is one of the longest established risk, intelligence and investigations consultancy firms and now operates several international offices. During a period of organisational redevelopment, the CEO had determined a requirement to make two key leadership hires for their successful Business Intelligence (Due Diligence) division. The two hires would be Head of Business Intelligence (global responsibility for around 40 professionals) and Head of Operations for the BI practice. Risk Advisory Group sought to hire credible leaders from within their core competitors who could ‘hit the ground running’ within their business.
Lawson Chase worked closely with Risk Advisory Group’s leadership to understand the available leadership talent within the Business Intelligence sector in London. We devised a shortlist of candidates who were mainly referred to Lawson Chase through our trusted network in the fashion of referrals and recommendations.
For the Head of Business Intelligence hire, our preferred candidate had actually previously worked at Risk Advisory Group a decade previously and subsequently worked at a competitor firm (KPMG) as their Head of Corporate Intelligence. This individual was open to returning to Risk Advisory Group in a leadership role and having already worked in the business before, had an intimate knowledge of their culture and services range.
For the Head of Operations hire, our preferred candidate assumed a Head of Operations role recently within a competitor firm and after a short stint outside of the industry, was keen to return to a similar role.
