DuckerFrontier is an international advisory business that provides products and services to large corporate firms who operate across Emerging Markets. A core market identified by the business for future growth was Healthcare and DuckerFrontier sought to hire an experienced Director who could drive sales, strategy and client engagement within this market vertical.
Lawson Chase was hired to scout for senior sales individuals who had experience in a consultative approach to business development, who could sell to the C-suite of global multinationals and whose background included sales of both products and intangible services. The preferred candidate had worked for a market leader in corporate advisory / political analysis (Eurasia Group) for seven years.
