It was apparent that there were very few agencies who serviced the Risk & Governance markets well and many teams were divisions of generalist of financial-services only recruitment firms.
Seeing Corporate Governance as an umbrella of disciplines was key to our business model. Ben established Lawson Chase in 2012 and we've since grown to be a well established player in the market, partnering with some of the leading Banking, Financial Services and Professional Services firms in the world.
